We're typically available from 9am- 5pm EST, Monday - Friday. Saturday phone meeting times are available, by appointment only.
Red Pixie's appointment calendar is kept up to date with times that we're available for consultations, meetings, etc. You are welcome to use the Appointment Calendar at any time to reserve a guaranteed time with Red Pixie for an initial consultation, a project update meeting, etc.
Without an appointment, it is possible that we may miss your call. While we try to return all calls as soon as possible, it can take up to 24 hours for us to respond. We ask for the same amount of time be allotted to respond to emails as well. Text messages are always welcome, and we can usually respond to them the quickest and easiest.
Maintaining good communication with our clients is a top priority. We will be providing you with project updates often, possibly daily. On average, you will receive updates at least once every 3-4 days- this gives us time to take care of any revisions we had discussed during our last conversation, as well as make progress on the project in general.
Our goal is to offer affordable marketing solutions for small businesses, entrepreneurs, and professionals.
That is why we go above and beyond to offer the best pricing we possibly can in regards to your project. That being said, the more complex your project, the more it will cost so it's possible, that even with our affordable pricing, you can have an expensive project on your hands.

Although the majority of our work is with businesses, and professionals; we do offer Graphic Design services for personal use.
Red Pixie accepts payments in the form of card (both, credit and debit). Payments can be made with a credit card on this website, and over the phone.

Unfortunately, we do not accept PaypPal, Stripe, or any other third party payment provider at this time.
I understand that larger orders and more expensive services can be inconvenient to pay in one large sum. With the exception of Social Media Management Plans, I will offer payment options to an order total of $700 or more. I offer a 2 and 3 payment option plan for projects meeting the above total requirement.
Due to the nature of our business, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund after the service or project has been completed. However, it is very important to us that you are not just satisfied, but in love with the quality of service and projects we provide. For this reason, we stay in contact often during the entire process, to ensure everything is created and written with your vision in mind. Red Pixie will require 2-3 “approvals” during creation for each project, before moving on to the next step, to guarantee your satisfaction.
If for any reason you are not happy with your product or service, please do not hesitate to Contact Us. If given the opportunity, we will do everything within our power to correct the situation.

If you need to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. A full refund can only be given if the project or service has not been started. After a project or service has been started Red Pixie cannot give refunds for time invested and work done. Orders that have been 100% completed cannot be given a refund (see question above).
Keeping that mind, you are free to cancel any order at any time. Aside from being able to contact us via email or call us during the designated business hours on our contact page, we will be in contact with you often during the project/ service process.
While we believe the above policy is necessary, we strive to be as fair as possible in our practice of it. Please know, we will do everything in our ability to leave you happy with your experience with Red Pixie Media Solutions. Again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this policy may cause.
The length of time it takes build a website can vary greatly depending on the size of the website, and it's features. However, on average, it takes us roughly 6-8 weeks to build a website. We provide a time estimate for your particular website with our quote so you will be aware of the amount of time projected to complete it.

Unfortunately, no. Creating mock up designs can be very tedious and time consuming which is why we cannot offer a design mock up if a client has not committed to our services. If you are concerned about the quality of our designs before you purchase our service, you are welcome to peruse our Portfolio which will provide you with examples of our work, skills, and abilities.
We do offer up to 3 mock up designs with our website services for those not sure what direction they want to take and would like to see some options. This will be included in your website quote and can only be started once the agreement and website deposit has been completed.
Absolutely! Below is what is included in our most basic maintenance package but we can create a custom a maintenance package specifically suited to your website's needs.
Red Pixie takes plagiarism very seriously. All writing that is delivered is guaranteed to be 100% our own original writing, or contains sources, quotations, and citations when applicable.
No, not at this time. Red Pixie's social media services are customized for each client and require a lot research and graphic design work to be done on our part. Our time is limited so offering the sort of time it takes to begin a social media campaign for free would simply be inefficient.

Red Pixie is not a printing company. However, we can suggest trusted printers to you. Printing requirements can vary some depending on the specific printing company. With this in mind, we can always assist you in providing what your print shop needs to print your materials flawlessly.
